Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to get my package?
Generally, once an order is placed and processed, standard shipping may take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days for domestic deliveries.
For international orders, please note that delivery could take longer due to customs clearance processes and varying transit times depending on the destination country.
How much does it cost?
Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.
For Australia, the standard shipping rate is $9.95 on orders below $100
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, unfortunately, no, but we are available in store in Bali, Indonesia at Bconcept in Canggu.
Returns & Refunds
Do you offer refunds?
For change of mind or incorrect size purchase, we offer store credit for the product, minus shipping costs.
We highly reccomend you check out our sizing chart and size UP if you're not sure.
For items that are faulty, please email info@balibambino.com with a description and photos. From here, the refund will be determined. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How can I cancel or change my order?

Are your products made ethically?
Yes! All of our clothing is handmade in Bali by locals (both men and women).
How do you contribute to sustainable fashion?
We only use high-quality materials that are made to last (and must be cared for properly in order to do so).
We source our fabric locally and use off-cuts from large factories when we can, to reduce landfill and waste of material.
What's the best way to wash the clothing?
All products should be hand-washed in cold water or spot cleaned. Alternitively if your washing machine has a 'delicates' option cycle, this will be okay.
Best to line dry in the shade or slow tumble dry.
Linen is a natural material and it is prone to wrinkle. We know that ironing can sometimes be a drag, so another option we recommend you can use a hair straightener on a lower heat setting.
How do I know what size to get?
There is a size guide for every item located on the product page.
We would generally recommend sizing up as a safer option and to get more wear our of your item!
The shirts can easily be an oversized fit. Plus our pants have a special feature...on the inside of the waistline, there is a hidden stretch belt with a button. You can tighten the belt from the inside to tighten the waistline.
