Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Our pieces are handmade in Bali with care, so we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
Shipping Within Australia
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
(Shipping times may vary based on your location.)
International Shipping
Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer international shipping, although we are in stock at BConcept store in Canggu, Bali Indonesia
Shipping Rates
We charge a flat rate for shipping with Aus Post at $9.95
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer returns for a change of mind. We do offer return in the case of default or damage. We do offer exchange for size change or store credit, not including shipping costs.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be damaged or deemed faulty
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags must be attached
- Proof of purchase required
How to Return
Please email us at info@balibambino.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.
